CEO Chris Smith started his 360 career while working in the construction industry for one of Toronto's leading contractors, Toronto Hydro as Head of Media. While in this position pioneered 360 photography that had never been seen in this industry before.
Since then Chris has had a constant interest in the capabilities of 360. While house hunting in 2020 during Covid 19 lockdown, it became apparent the need for a better way to view property.
Only a few properties were viewable in 360. This wasn't enough. Immerse 3Sixty was created to help consumers view and interact with real estate, industry, commercial and design studios to bring us truly into the 21st century.

By using Matteport we can offer not just 360 tours, but floor planning and even files that can be used in most common engineering and design programs.
You don't need to work from the floor up anymore. With this you can expect a 12 hour turn around on almost all projects with up to 24 hours on large projects
