All 3D tour package includes 3 months of Matterport 3D hosting and 1 year of photo gallery or free. If you want to extend Matterport 3D hosting after 3 months, the cost is $10 per month. If you want to extend photos and 360 panoramic view hosting after 1 year, the cost is $35 for 6 months.
All properties are charged on the total area including the basement. If the living area is more than 5,000 sq/ft, there will be a charge of $40 for each extra 1,000 sq/ft.
Immerse 3Sixty is located in the Durham Region. There will be a long-distance driving charge for some areas. The first 30km outside of the GTA is free. After this kms are charged at $0.40 per km thereafter.
If a return is requested by the agent there is a standard $50 charge plus $0.40 per km.
Extras such as Marketing/Cinematic Video and Floor Plans can take 1 to 3 days depending on what is required. All links and relevant information will be emailed to you by noon the day after the shoot.
A printable invoice will be sent to you with the virtual tour links at the same time. Please make payment via e-transfer within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the invoice.
If you choose to use the Square online payment, there will be a 2.5% service charge.
There is no charge if you need to cancel or reschedule the shooting date and time by 5 p.m. the day before the shoot is booked. But if the shoot is cancelled within 12 hours of the booking there will be a $25 cancellation fee. If it is canceled or postponed less than 4 hours before the shoot there will be a $75 charge.
All relevant information required for the property should be provided at least 24 hours in advance of the shoot.
